​The Last Machine Operators are a dream-pop–meets–shoegaze indie rock quartet from New York’s mid-Hudson Valley, founded in 2025 by veterans of music scenes from around the country. Fueled by Genny Cream Ale, hubris, and an enduring faith in the power of live music, their original songs and a few judiciously chosen covers blend a powerful rhythmic groove, unpredictable guitar dialogue, and harmonized vocals alternating collaboratively among the primary songwriters. The result is akin to a positive psychedelic trip—but with no side effects and suitable for users of all ages.
